Waterjet machines use an intensely powerful stream of water concentrated with a fine abrasive to provide high-speed cutting.
The water infused process eliminates stress or damage to materials because no heat is generated. We have years of experience cutting such materials as: ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, G-10, foam, Kevlar, dense composites and more. Our cutting envelope extends to 55” x 100” on material up to 7” thick. Our machines can hold tolerances of up to +/- .005" in most materials and provide the ability to optimize maximum yields on materials, minimizing waste.
Waterjets can produce accurate, clean finished products, highly intricate designs, or can provide a quick, efficient means of material preparation for other machining processes. The speed and versatility of these machines make them a true asset to our complete-service approach to manufacturing.
